We ship throughout all of Canada. Free shipping for purchases of $80 or more. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays).

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, by calling or emailing us.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is simple: we care about how our product works for you and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Just Sun order (our sincerest apologies!) you can return it within 30 days from the time of delivery, free of charge.

You may return any new, unopened items purchased from our online shop justsun.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. 

What about open products? If you are unsatisfied with your opened product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and we will issue you a refund and a shipment label to return the product. 

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of the retailers, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. If you are not given a satisfactory response from a retailer, please contact our customer service department via email.
